We have two different fulfillment centers in the United States and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and have it ready for the shipping center. Should your nearest location not have sufficient stock, we will ship your order from our main center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products.
We use YunExpress, China Post, CJ Packet, USPS, UPS or FedEx to ship our order depending on our location and available stock.
Our delivery takes an average of 5-15 days. However, please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time (due to the COVID-19 situation) Although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours, the shipping companies and the authorities decide when your order will be delivered.

Once the order ships, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the postal system. Please note that your order is actually on its way and there is no delay of the package, only the tracking number status. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
In previous transactions, we encountered many fraudulent transactions and were judged losers by the payment gateway. If we help you change the shipping address after the transaction is complete, we are no longer protected, so we cannot help you change the address that is different from the order. Unless you typed a few letters wrong. Thank you for your understanding.
So what's the solution?
1. Your order has not been shipped, please cancel the order before 12pm the same day or contact us to help you change the shipping address as soon as possible.
2. The order will be shipped to your address, then you can just wait for the goods to be delivered and then return the items to us and get your refund.
3. Do nothing. You just need to receive our package to the shipping address you provided.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information says your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this to your carrier. If you have any further questions about this, please contact our customer service team.
Note for taxes
