    Refund Policy

    Aenro™ has a 30-day refund policy, which means you have a grand total of 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You must contact service@aenrocare.com in order to process your refund. 

    To be eligible for a refund, you must provide images/other proof that the item is no longer able to be used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a refund, you can contact us at service@aenrocare.com. If your refund is accepted, we will process your refund, and your money will be refunded into your account after 48 business hours.

    Product Damages & Issues 

    Once you receive your item we request that you inspect it and ensure it is not defective or broken. If your item is broken or defective we will ensure that you are taken care of and that you get what you have paid for. Please make sure you promptly email service@aenrocare.com.

     

    Exchanges 

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    Refunds 

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
